01Why not just use soapy water?
Soapy water is a shop-made workaround. Bubble Check is a ready-to-use, purpose-built, low-foam tire leak detector with a consistent trigger format that a shop or buyer can standardize.
02How do you use Bubble Check?
Spray the suspect tread, bead, valve, or TPMS service point. Escaping air builds bubbles at the leak so the technician can mark the location and move to the required repair or diagnostic procedure.
03Can I test while the wheel is still on the vehicle?
Often, yes, when the suspect area is visible and reachable. Access depends on the leak location and the vehicle. Follow the shop's normal inspection and safety procedure.
04Does it replace every dunk-tank test?
No. Bubble Check is a targeted first check, not a reason to skip a required diagnostic step. It can give the technician a location before the wheel comes off.
05Why use a low-foam formula?
The formula is built to keep the bubble signal concentrated at escaping air instead of covering the entire test area in suds.
06What areas can I test?
Bubble Check is used on suspect tread punctures, bead leaks, valve stems, and TPMS service points.
07Can I use it on inner tubes?
Yes. Bubble Check is supported for inner-tube leak detection. CHAOS has no known limitation based on tube material or application.
08Can I use it on shop compressed-air systems?
Yes. Bubble Check is supported for use on hoses, quick couplers, fittings, tanks, and tire-machine air systems. Materials compatible with water are likely to be compatible with the formula.
09What size is the bottle?
Each trigger bottle contains 32 fluid ounces. Bubble Check is packed six bottles to a case.
10What can be said about chloride?
No raw materials specifically containing free chloride ions are intentionally added. Residual sodium chloride may be present from the ion-exchange softened water used in production.
11Does CMIT/MIT make Bubble Check a skin sensitizer?
CMIT/MIT is present below 1 percent and below the concentration that triggers a skin-sensitization classification. SDS 1.0013 lists no skin-sensitization hazard. Follow the SDS and continue using eye protection and gloves.
12Which applications remain excluded?
CHAOS does not claim refrigerant, propane, natural-gas, oxygen, or nitrox service because no specific testing, approvals, or certifications are available for those uses.
13Where is it made?
Bubble Check is made in the USA.
14Can a distributor request a sample?
Yes. The sample request is open to qualified tire shops, fleets, multi-location operators, distributors, and tire-service buyers.
