Bubble Check helps the technician observe whether escaping air is still producing a signal at the serviced area. It does not perform, approve, or certify the repair.
Follow the shop's required inspection, removal, repair, replacement, inflation, and safety steps.
After service and inflation, spray the accessible area again and observe the surface.
If bubbles continue to grow, stop and re-evaluate the condition using the shop's normal process.

Tread puncture area
- Before service
- Locate and mark the escaping-air signal before the shop begins its required repair process.
- After service
- Reapply at the completed service area and watch for continued bubble growth.
Valve core and stem
- Before service
- Check the core, stem, and base separately so the signal is tied to the actual service point.
- After service
- Inflate as specified, then recheck the serviced point for continued escaping air.
TPMS service point
- Before service
- Use the visible signal to narrow the inspection to the valve and sensor service area.
- After service
- Recheck the accessible service point after the shop completes its required procedure.
Bead and rim sealing line
- Before service
- Work around the accessible sealing line and mark any point where bubbles continue to build.
- After service
- Reapply after service. Continued growth means the condition needs another look.
Inner tube
- Before service
- Apply Bubble Check to the accessible suspected area and mark any continued bubble growth.
- After service
- Reapply after the shop completes its required tube service and inflation procedure.

The recheck is one part of the shop's required process. Access, pressure, observation time, repairability, and final release criteria remain governed by the shop's procedures and applicable tire-repair standards.

Bubble Check is supported for inner-tube and water-compatible compressed-air applications. No raw materials specifically containing free chloride ions are intentionally added, but residual sodium chloride may be present from softened process water. CHAOS does not claim refrigerant, propane, natural-gas, oxygen, or nitrox service because no specific testing, approvals, or certifications are available for those uses.
